    Depends how you define accurate, it's not really something you can do accurately at home.

    Calipers probably, but you're better off getting someone to do it for you really.

    A lot of people get others down the gym who know how to or they will see their doctor.

    I have calipers, but get stupid results like 30%BF when I do it, I'm 181cm and 78kg!!

    My leisure does BF% tests for £5, I'm going to do one down there.
