Here are a few "choice" comments from the logs. This isn't welcome here - simple as that! We will post the full logs if required...

Hi,
It has come to our attention a small "group" of people are systematically repping each other and neg repping others. All reps are logged and we can see all activity. This is obviously not allowed and rather childish. Anyone who does what we feel is this sort of abuse of the system will have their reps disabled or set to zero, constant abuse after this equals perm ban.
We are happy to post the logs of the reps which include dates\times, people (from > to), rep message, rep points if people would like to see this? Surprised people didn't think that we would of logged such things?
This is a friendly place and this is how it will stay. Any form of bullying or name calling will not be tolerated and will result in a warning then perm ban. You have been warned!

Hi Guys,
Not sure what point that would prove to be honest.
Would it not be more prudent to find the route of the problem and whats caused it and make amends rather than take the above easier solution which just covers it up and solves nothing, as per the UK standard nowadays?
Or lose the repping system which favours trolling and post accumilation, regardless of quality. If individuals are more worried about negative reps affecting their overall rep over making decent contributions, sharing the knowledge and posting a little banter to giver an enjoyable atmosphere then perhaps they deserve negative repping?
Just some thoughts/suggestions.

Well we think its embarrassing and hopefully any members sending messages like this would be embarrassed by us posting the logs.
The root of the problem is some users don't like our rules. As discussed countless times they are the rules and they have been decided at the highest level...
The repping system is staying why should we remove it due to a few members?

Might be funny to read but it is actually bullying. Which is no laughing matter. Supposing you leave a 'funny' comment like that about someone here....that person happenes to be quite sensitive....goes away and does something silly....because of your comment. How would that make you feel?
Bullying is never acceptable and is usually performed by those that are weakest.
When things are said in jest between mutual friends it is quite obvious.
Blatant bullying is disgusting behaviour, especially for those 30+.
Can everyone stop thinking so much.please?
I like the rep system although it does get abused. I've never does this myself so am actually proud of all my 'rep' lol sad aint i!
Regarding the bullying. I think you should post up a 'name and shame' thread with peoples usernames and what they've said. Of course you have to be careful between what is said between friends and what is flat out bullying.
