I've been thinking about this more and more recently and i've decided i'm going to give up all animal products.

It's for a few personal/ethical reasons and i think all this meat eating has been a bad idea, it just dosn't feel 'right' if you know what i mean. I'm gonna try this vegan thing and it should be interesting to see how i get on from such a change from eating all the meat.

I still don't believe in eating grains, soya etc and i'm not going to eat many vegetables due to antinutrients.

So i'm thinking a diet based on various natural vegan paleo sources would be good.

    Here's my rough plan:

    Breakfast
1 litre innocent superfruits smoothie, 300g goji berries.

    Snack
Banana, sweet potato and a pack of figs.

    Lunch
1 half of a watermelon, pomegranate (with seeds removed due to phytoestrogens)

    Snack (post workout nutrition)
200g bag of wine gums (organic) and 60g hemp protein powder.

    Dinner
A vegan curry made with mangoes.

Macro is about 85/10/5 CPF, which is a bit higher carb than i've had before but i've found it's not too bad.

Calories i estimate to be about 2,000.

If there's one thing that really, really annoys me it's the 1st of April.
April's fool makes me want to stab myself.....repeadetly.

On that note... Good luck with it.

RC, you never fail to confuse but yet amaze me at the same time. Is this for real, or is it as Rilla seemed to suggest, an April fool's hoax?

If its for real, good luck with combining the vegan diet with the fasting regime. Brave guy!

For a minute - and only a minute I nearly fell for that one.

I was going to ask if I could have your left-over mealworms - then I realised the date. Good one!!! Ha ha ha ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
