Theres a few groups that train in 3's and even 5's at my gym
Theres a very skinny woman who does cardio all day long that looks good for her age
Theres the super skinny guys that try their hardest but probably fail on diet and routine
Theres the rugby lot that think they own the place
Theres slightly over weight girls getting fit
    Theres late 20's ripped guys

Today I saw a guy with a pretty huge upper body and the skinniest legs you've ever seen.. His arms were larger than his thighs!

I also saw a foreign dude with an electronic tag round his ankle doing chin ups.. I thought he would go for ages as he's probably been on the inside but he gave up at 12

I mean no offence to any of these guys/girls as I even make conversation with some of them!

Luckily theres no prats at my gym as its invite only.
Theres only 2 types of people in there- big fat strong guys (such as myself), and big lowish bodyfat bodybuiders.
Its like heaven, just without the women

Ive got some middle aged women whos husbands obviously wont pay any attention to them cos theyve put on a few pounds over the years, so are sweating up till there ready to pass out just to get laid again.
Ive got the really old guys who come in to try and get fitter cos theyve just realised how much abuse theyve put their bodies through over the years but they dont realise its a little too late to make a difference now. Then just to o my nut they make up all there own excercises that are abviously doing more harm than good, and lift a weight that is way too heavy for them just to prove to themselves theyve still got it.
