    Along comes me again!....

    Just thought I'd say hello and just say I did'nt die, just got married so technically..........

    Glad to see that mother 43 is still clearing up after the boys (meat & tom)
    and no doubt Rogue is still watching the door!

    Now I'm back of my honey moon (3 weeks in the Dominican no less)
    and about a stone heavy (In wallet and body fat) I think its time to get back on track and hit the programme again.
    Hope your all getting where you want to be and I look forward to hearing from you all soon........
