    My response now....."AAAAARRRRGHHHH! You are not male and you do NOT take steroids, lifting a 5kg DB is NOT in any way shape or form going to make you look like him!"
    Then I have to go DL in a rage.

    Incidentally these same women enjoy feeling my biceps and commenting on how hard they are. Women are weird!

    Oh lord, where do I start? A couple of recent ones:

    1) A girl I know was told by a work colleague that she shouldn't ever squat more than bodyweight as it'll make her legs big and blocky!

    2) An ex girlfriend keeps insisting that weightlifting will make my little friend shrink. Although I suspect she might have an ulterior motive for saying that.
