    Been trawling the web and found this blog that I've been reading the last couple of nights.

    Modern Forager - Respect Your Food. Respect Yourself.

    He's a paleo enthusiast, believing that we should eat as our ancestors ate, and by and large, he has some very useful and informative posts on his blog.

    Just thought I'd share.

    Heh, I been on the other two you posted as well, as well as leangains.com that you posted in another thread. All of them are excellent sites, I can honestly say I've learnt quite a bit about nutrition and the way the body works from reading those sites.
