Does anyone else have an addiction to ice cream?

The other day I got a tub of Ben and Jerrys due to a good session at the gym as a reward for myself.

However, I found that it's just too hard to close the lid on the top it seriously weighed over several hundred kgs in my mind Shame when all of us can perform heroic fitness tactics but my willpower falls short on certain foods.

Anyone else the same? How often do you let go of your diet and say sod it for one night?

    Yours Hanif

I had 100g cornish ice cream today. (272cals according to the pack)

The last ice cream i had was about a week ago, a white magnum.

Before that it was last year sometime.

My control is pretty good with ice cream, i'm sure if i bought it more often i'd eat it more often tho, that really is the key, control in the supermarket, only buy good food and you can only eat good food (you could eat too much good food however that's better than rubbish)

I had a snowcreme ice lolly this afternoon. I'm not really a fan of ice cream that much it's too sweet for me but I'll still have it occasionally. Hell I'll eat anything when I'm hungry.
My diet isn't that strict so willpower is no longer a factor for me I just eat junk fairly reguarlarly and don't expect good results from training.

Because I’m always revising for my uni work i tend to get major cravings for sugar so chocolate sweets...basically all the bad stuff. Recently I've started just having really small sugary snacks throughout my revision to try and offset the urge to eat loads of junk.
