That's great, tens of misguided, poorly researched and oft times conflicting 'facts'. Even the people who'll believe anything they read won't know what to think.
I call BS that the 24hr triathlete is a hard mo fo!Quote
even 'some tough-ass mother f***ers are vegetarian,' they tell us.
The current world record-holder of the 24-hour triathlon prefers quinoa to a spare rib and olympian carl lewis said his best year on the track was the year he adopted a vegan diet.
What a load of nonsense - the whole lot.
I'll try and see who Mr Stan Price was (the only decent bencher with the name Price is the one who trains with me lol)

It reminds me a bit of the mindless dribbel I read in the paper the other day with a massive headline "Red meat causes cancer" and then went on to not mention red meat more than once or twice, it was actually about processed crap meat products causing cancer. But now I get it in the **** from my housemate who just read the headline and sees me eating steak
There's a good answer to that:
"You're made of red meat."
(Start pacing up and down and flapping your arms about at this point - working yourself up into a frenzy)
"OMG! YOU'RE COMPLETELY SURROUNDED BY CANCER! HELP! SO AM I. CALL AN AMBULANCE, QUICK! AND HOPE THEY'RE ALL ROBOTS!
AAAAARGH!"
"Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants." - Micheal Pollan
"Eat food. As much as you want. Mostly animals." - Matt Stone
(What do the two quotes above have in common?)
what a lot of tosh, there is a word I want to use but it might just be too offensive![]()
