    This muppet at my gym was doing 80kg squats on the smith machine, he was being a ****y **** and jumping off the ground.... its not like 80kg squats on the smith machine are that hard but thats a great way to completely snap your spine lol.

    lol, yea this guy was jumping up and down with 40kg inc bar was so funny, I dont even want to help these people no more, just let them get on with attempting to injure themselves.

    To be honest, if you stop and look around you - walking down the street, shopping in the supermarket, riding on a train or bus, etc. you'll see idiots like this in these places too. There's always some clown thinking it's hard or funny to make a lot of noise in a library, or someone who's so cool that they just have to smoke in a non-smoking area. I think we notice them more in the gym becuase we take it more seriously than most.

    lol +1 cheer, we got alot of bicep bois in my gym, most of which dont have any beef on there arms.

    or shoulders, most of the time in my gym there is always the same people doing shoulders, struging up and down, some lateral raises, i know its not there delts days because I go 3 times a week and they work delts on all those days lol.

    The gym im at is sound, everyone is friendly from juicers to cardio queens lol

    Fair few rugby boys who seem to hog the rack for benching, but there friendly enough to do a couple of sets with!
