    I think his rugby days are long vehind him now. He struggled to get a start with Cardiff and also tried his hand in the French league (2nd division I think).

    I wonder how a high protein intake would affect his renal system considering how much of a hammering its already taken?

    Ive just been reading that he plans to compete in April. Was on tv on Sunday and didn't look very big for a BB.

    That's because most natural BB'ers aren't that big. It's only the drug fuelled monsters that have distorted people's perceptions. Also consider (even though he was assissted) that Arnold's stage weight was only ~230lb, hardly massive.

    100 odd kg is still pretty heavy considering most of it is lean body mass.
