    Click OK

    Type in:

    telnet towel.blinkenlights.nl

    EDIT: Or because it is command line will it work on most windows platforms? Including 32/64 bit variants?

    Haha sorry man, Its Win 2K/XP/Vista compatible your telnet client in vista must be running instructions for vista here:

    How To Get Telnet Back In Windows Vista

    Try it out, will work 64 and 32 bit variants of your OS's
