    sprints and kso are better for training in. Not many places stock them atm, mainly sold out. I managed to pick up a pair yesterday and glad i preordered it as the stock the guy got were all preorder ones. so pretty much gone as soon as it arrived

    I've heard nothing but good reviews about these shoes but even so they're so ridiculously over-priced I refuse to entertain them. 40% off and I might think about it lol!

    I want Vibrams but I need to go to a shop where I can try them on due to my funny shaped feet.
    Can't run anyway at the moment due to my stupid accessory navicular problem so I'll put these off until I can.
    How are KSOs for running outdoors in dirty and mud? Are Flows better for that?
