The logo sort of thing in the middle of the page which shows the terms and conditions etc. covers part of the map and the text, should be at the bottom? Also i'd give the buttons at the top capital letters at the start of each word.

Just some general thoughts.
New site looks much prettier although all the useful information is below the fold especially on a laptop.
The 5 links at the top are good, but you then repeat 3 of them with the icons, which isn't useful and sort of confuses things. The content in that 2nd part is pretty pointless too, some random images and text that doesn't mean much or confuses. i.e. click on the technical link and it comes up with "contact your nearest..."
The content in the third part is just big blocks of text and no-one will read more than a few paragraphs. I would like to see this broken up with some relevant images, or diagrams and use things like bullet points or lists to make it easier to read.
"Speak to a human being and call us on" (home page) makes less sense than "Call us and speak to a human being" (contact page)
The map thing on the new site is a bit pointless and it takes up half the front page, why not let people type in their postcode to find the nearest branch then take them to a page with a google map already zoomed in.
Overall site looks very good, so please don't take my commetns as being very negative, I'm no expert anyway and I'm just trying to be constructive.

I think it would be good if you put some basic info on the front page about opening times/days and whether you are open bank holidays etc.

In short:
1. New one looks much better.
2. I agree buttons should have the first letter capitalized.
3. The amount of writing below 'about...' is a bit overwhelming.
4. The colours and pictures both look very good and the site works well.
Reduce the size of the top banner slightly to bring the content up the page. It's a nice banner, just abit to much padding round it that's not needed. Capitalise the buttons as the others have said.

Your page also doesn't validate... (The W3C Markup Validation Service)
The logo has no alt text.
Change align="absmiddle" to align="middle"
You have an extra </div> on line 164, comment it out if you may need it later.
Line 173, i couldn't see a closing tag for <font>. I'd say you should be defining those bits of text where you apply font color="" in your css...
Again don;t want to seem like were killing it, it looks good. These are just minor changes that'll help!

Hi thanks for your comments
i will read over them again and put them to my webdesigner.
Overall i am happy with it, looks alot less cluttered compared to old site, old site had next to know SEO, so hopefully this one will help.
RE Postcode finder, its not cost effective anymore since you used to be able to workaround royalmails finder.. now it would probably cost more to run a postcode finder per year than the actual site itself costs.
