Early 2010 - Have my Squat rack made
The rest of the year:
100kg Bench for atleast 1 rep
150kg Squat for atleast 1 rep
175kg Deadlift for atleast 1 rep
Bodyweight upto 182lbs +/-
Keeping bodyfat the same 13% +/-
non-training goals: find an Ice Hockey rec team. Catch my first 40lb+ Uk Carp![]()
