    I was a bit ill prepared to deal with the pig as my mate kind of sprung it on me, i was going to use a hacksaw but all the blades had blue paint on them which i didn't want in the meat.

    You'll want a bit of wet and dry and a vice for that

    I've got a shortage of pork recipes to try actually.
    I had a fried loin steak last night and stir fried pork strips (offcuts) with soy sauce and pepper this morning.

    Obv the 4 sections of belly pork i have are going to be roast with crackling on the top
    I'm thinking some sort of okinawan stew with the trotters?

    Gonna make some proper pork crackles, the ones you buy in supermarket have so much rubbish in them.
    Any good recipes anyone knows of?

    For bone I actually use a fine toolbox wood saw.

    A bone saw would be great- but too expensive for the odd use!

    you've got me looking around for half a pig once I move house now, looks fantastic!
