    Once you have the qualification, most clubs let you teach how you want.

    Some people on my course had never weight trained in their life!

    one of the trainers in my gym tried telling me squats and deadlifts are useless

    That is unbelievable, I might as well give it a go myself ! Think I (or anyone on the forum for that fact) would do better than that bloke.

    true but in most cases, unless the person is renowed (not meaning reps qualifications lol) and or looks the part I wouldnt listen to a word they say in regards to anything fitness

    Yeah. I wouldn't listen to a word a trainer has to say... UNLESS they had a flashy website with photoshopped before and after pics... But other than that, no never!
