This really annoys me too, people that squat with bar pads and use loads of weight quater squating. After the squats they walk away talking about how intense the session was and how they are going to get some chicken..............................from KFC!

in addition to mj's post, people that automatically think you powerlift or olympic lift just cos you do squatting, deadlifting, poewr variations of oly lifts and wear oly shoes. then they proceed to ask if you compete.

I think this has already been mentioned, however people who smoke after a gym session.

I struggle to understand why a few of my friends smoke and they aren't even interest in fitness, but for those who are? Madness.

When there is a PT taking a client through a DB session and has about 4 sets of weights at his feet! I walked up and removed the pair I was wanted to be greeted with "were using all these" I replied "at the same time, f**king hell what you teaching him that he needs to use 8 dumbbells at the same time".

    Valid point I thought

Hmm I often do circuits where I need 3-4 different sets of weights close to hand. So I guess I am one of "those" people. Although I'm pretty sure being on the MP forums absolves me...

If the gym is busy people should not be hoarding 4 sets of dumbells. If people want to come at quiet times I have no problem with this but if it's busy and someone is using something I need I will give them 2 options. Share with me, or give it to me.
