Was thinking about sky's offering, and sky one largely show imported american tv shows. If that's the bulk of what you want to watch, a different tact might be to try and get access to hulu or some of the ip tv services that are springing up.

hahaha, no its not for that american crap and i can actually get that in mexico and brasil anyway if i wanted to watch it. its actually for the sport and maybe the odd film.

Seems to work fine for skyplayer on the lowest quality which is fine for a small tv. Works good for radio on iplayer but not great with video so I might stick to expatshield, which is free, for iplayer.
