I used to do 2 hour personal training and dietary advice sessions for £35-40, and then an extra £10 for each hour after that.

Just wondering because nearly every gym Ive been to - including my current one - the instructors who work there just seem to be pretty overweight or painfully skinny...my current gym, the guy who gets to show all the newbies how to do what excercises etc is about 6ft tall and must be around 15st of lard. no offence to the guy coz hes ok...just bugs me when I see people like that working at gyms/leisure centres..coz he obviously has no interest what so ever in a healthy lifestyle. abit irish I think for a fat dude to show people how to use the treadmill

No offence meant to irish people or fat people btw before I get head hunted and burnt at the stake

Anyway, for those who are interested...just spoke to Premier training, the PT Diploma in Cyprus costs approx. £5K in Jan and £5.5K in July. Accomodation, flights etc all included...you even get a car the only thing you gotta pay for is your food! £5K is alot of money though, so think Im gunna need to signup for end of 2007/start of 2008 and pay in installments, or get a loan....either way, 3 months in sunny Cyprus here I come
