Unique/awesome tattoo sites anyone?

I'm interested in getting a third tattoo for my 21st which is approaching but I just can't find any I like.

I've tried google, checked out alot of free sites, google images, etc etc.

Anyone know any decent sites/designers (might possibly pay)?

A good friend of mine is an illustrator, if you want something specific that you can't find elsewhere she'll do it cheap for you.

I don't know if she wants her personal email giving out and I don't honestly know which one she gives out to clients. It might be best if you contact her through her Facebook page. If you don't hear back from her by tomorrow let me know and I'll contact her personally for you.
While the pictures on that Facebook page aren't really 'tattoo' style, I have seen some of the tattoos she's drawn in the past and they were good.

Place I want one is either on my chest or top of my back. And along the lines of a cross, with maybe angel wings spread out either side. Or was thinking maybe something phoenix or Leo(star sign) related (but I'd have to think of some ideas)
