anyone recommend any particular squat pads?
main use is for glute bridges and hip thrusts. did some glute bridges today, was ok. got up to 120kg and the bar began digging into my hips and was pretty painful. that was with my hoody wrapped around the bar.
hoodys and towels unravel very quickly so not that good.
i read on bret contreras that he prefers to use a airex pad, but thats pretty expensive. aorund £35 for a squidgy, flexible balance pad. i did see some york ones for around £8-£15 online.
