Used to love Sabbath whilst lifting although it also put me off when they changed to a slower/half time tempo mid-song.....which they do quite a lot!
Has anyone else ever destroyed a pair of headphones because they got ripped out doing deads? Im yet to find a good way to 'wire' myself safely when doing some lifts

There was a fit test to failure on the ellipticals at the gym (they changed the machines and now it's a damn sub-maximal test).
You have to maintain the revs in 50-60 range whilst it cranks the resistance up every two minutes.
So, it's really tightened the screw and I'm struggling when "Eye Of The Tiger" comes on, never heard it play at the gym before. There was no way I was giving up with that tune playing! Personal best!
I have never caned myself so hard!
