    Bench: 140kg (currently 125kg)

    - I've wanted this for soo long, but bench is by far the slowest progress for me at the moment.

    Squat: 180kg (currently 130kg x 3)

    - Ambitious, but my squat probably has the most room for improvement and is going up nicely at the moment.

    Deadlift: 220kg (currently 200kg)

    - Going to lift 220kg with class and then worry about additional plates.

    Chin-up: 40kg x 8 (currently 40kg x 5)

    - Will set a new goal when I get there :-)

Run: Six minute mile. (currently 6:10)

    - Because some of us can run there and f*** s**t up

Row: 500m personal best (currently: 1:27.5)

    - I've been pulling 1:28s recently, previous best done with pwo citrulline malate and ribose, should give this a go again.

Gonna have to do something with my god-awful progression on overhead pressing though. Probably going to hit it twice a week from now on.
I should of put in my goals that my bench press is actually close grip bench press, I changed it after I injured my shoulder and never went back. And my overhead started to go up more consistantly while doing close grip bench too.

I think we've been pretty similar strength and progressing almost the same for a while. I'm scared to see a pic of you as you might be my doppelganger

Okay I may have to change my goals for this year, had a sudden increase in strength, I got my 1 pull up a few days before christmas, so I'll make that 5 pull ups, and got a 120kg deadlift between christmas and the new year, so I'll make that 5 @120kg, not going too mad, as I'll be cutting and maintaining a low BF for a big proportion of the year.

Agreed. 100kg strapped, belted deadlifts I witnessed the other day. They weren't women.

My main goal is to get more training time - get some home kit or train smarter so I can maintain consistency and make some progress.

Did I mention to crush the forum's lifts and to hear the lamentation of their women?
