Thought I'd start a thread for you to register your 2012 goals. They need to be something that you really can hit if you put the work in.

Mine for next year is to do a cut and drop to a sub 14% bodyfat at some point during the year.

There it's documented, lets hope 2012 isn't a failure for me........

Platti - my 2011 was a damp squib. Foiled by Injury.

My goal for 2012 is to consistantly improve performance whilst avoiding injury as much as is humanly posisble.

Thats too general, you can easily say at the end of next year 'Yeah not too many injuries, improved a bit - result !' - come on, lay it on the line.

What are your physique/training goals for 2009?

    Goals for 2010!!!!!!!

    Goals for 2011

Some older threads with members goals from past years which I thought would be interesting to add to the thread.

Edit- my 2012 goal is a 240kg deadlift and 130kg bench (add 10kg on both). I'd like my bodyweight to be around 15 stone (about 14-14.7lbs at the mo).
