For anyone interested here's what i got back
Thank you for your patience.
I have now received a response from our Buying Team about our Asda Rotisserie chickens.
- are the birds free range? *No, the rotisserie chickens are not free range
-is there anything added to the cooking process? Not awfully sure what the customer means by this? All our rotisserie chickens with the exception of plain, which do have an injection of brine to add succulence and flavour to the products. The chickens will then be cooked in the oven.
-do they contain any added carbohydrates (added sugar etc)? As I mentioned in another point, all our rotisserie chickens, with the exception of plain, are injected with a brine and this does include sugar, but in a very small amount.
-are there any hydrogenated fats present? No
- are there preservatives present? No
Thanks again for contacting Asda. If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
Kind Regards
Dawn Greenwood

Is that the plain chicken, the BBQ or the garlic?
Don't they have average nutritional info on the product or in store? They should by law.
