been in or very close to keto (and approx 500-650cal deficit per day) for just over a week now, my last lifting session was great (wednesday) but today it was a total chore, all lifts were down and i was just weak feeling
maybe its due to being back at work also but I reckon oits more down to not having the calories and carbs there now since xmas is over and im back on a cut, what you guys think?
