    the garage has been converted into a spare room, which is inside my house

    plan to build an oly platform at some point and have ordered rubber floor tiles

    i paid £580, PHF were doing a boxing day 15% off code so i grabbed it.

    but ive heard if you ring them theyre pretty good at knocking a few quid off list prices

    give owa man, no better feeling than chipping some ice for the bar to bench! Mines in my garage too, used to be in the mother in laws, 2 years ago she went off to oz for the winter....2 foot of snow on the drive....took me bar out and did some cleans, dropping the bar down into the snow each rep, was awesome! I soon heated up.

    I feel the cold like you cannot believe, at uni i sleep in Pjs with a jumper and joggers on and some proper tasty christmas santa wooly socks on lol. Gf cant get enough of my ultra sexy bed look lol

    so been a while, gyms been built for ages in the spare room but decided now i have a few days off work to start tarting it up.

    starting with proper concrete floor paint as the blue carpet and matching wallpaper job by the previous owner of the house wasnt exactly what id call awesome...

    so ripped up the carpet and as expected the floor is nice and smooth, perfect for some slate non slip paint



    first coat down, have to wait 4hrs before I can do the next....im up all night anyway so should lay that around 11-12 tonight
