    im a 290 pound bodybuilder at 3% bodyfat so trust me when i tell you none of you have a clue what it takes to get to this level! you all hide behind your pointless therorys that have no substance because its all you,ve got a big mouth! not a huge ripped body that i have! i went to a bodybuilding contest last week in germany witch i won! and im so big i had to book 2 seats on the plane! so keep exersising your fingers typing your nonsense that was written by some skinny scientist who hasnt got a clue about building muscle, because you will never ever EVER! be at my level so go and lift those marshmallows you call weights and keep dreaming little boys!

    Pffff.....little boys?? You got a big mouth for such a skinny guy....290lb???? Thats nothing.....I hit 380lb at 2% BF a little over a month ago (Drug Free of course) and I've still got some way to go. Bodybuilding contest in Germany???? Yeah I think I saw that one.....real amateurs in that show but whatever makes you happy. From what I remember of it you really needed to do some serious work on your legs....DO YOUR SQUATS

    Come back in a few years when you've actually made some progress......in the mean time you gotta step up your game in the gym and in the kitchen.

    Its just a sad state of affairs when "Real men" weigh a skinny *ss 290lbs....I bet you're one of those guys who doesn't want to get too big and is going for the "cover model" physique or the Brad Pitt from fight club look. Seriously I bet you cant even squat 1000lb!!!

    i,ll call you what i want you pill pushing pussy never heard of a typo? and you pepole dont deserve to see pictures of an elite bodybuilder like me! and its all quality not quantity, id rather have 290lbs of symetical road map like mass and vascialrity than your awkward looking 380lb i bet you cant even fit into a suit bacause all your muscles are out of proportion! i fit into any suit perfectley just like arnie did! and my squat is 1500lb for your information! whats yours? 300? and you say you have nothing to prove well thats what a loser says when he actully hasnt got anything at all to prove in real life! i know im a winner and a champion im a multiple mr southside bay holder and took 4th place in last years universe! how many trophies have you won?! wonderwoman!

    Sorry Mr Skinny I was too busy training last night for 6 hours on my quads to get back to you. Maybe if you spent more time training and eating rather than ranting you'd actually have a physique to shout about.

    FYI - getting under a monolift, putting 1500lb on your back, screaming a little bit and then racking it is not a squat.

    P.S. - In one weekend in my first year of training I got my IFBB Pro Card on the saturday and totalled elite in the IPF. Joe Weider specifically asked me not to go to Olympia for the sake of a fair competition and out of respect for him i chose not to go.

    actully ive seen ben 21 in person at the germany contest he was yolked and absoltley destroyed every1 and ive seen pictures of you in mens health and you where in a 12 week transition story where you went from super fat to slightly slimmer, ben 21 is in flex every month and is a wieder indorsed athlete
