    I saw this today and booked myself in. You get an ultrasound of your soft tissue to find any problematic areas and then a 45 min sports massage....all for £32 which is saving £60 on the real price!

    Thought some of you would be interested, it's at their St.Pauls, London clinic

    "Squatting on a Bosu ball makes it so much more challenging!" So does getting tapped in the balls while squatting, want me to do that too?
