    Yeah James is pretty much correct. I dont eat massive amoutns of seafood - i would say half of my animal protein is from eggs and dairy. I just find meat hard work on my digestive system if i eat it all the time. I've done tests like the betaine HCL test and it indicates my stomach acid levels are fine. I still eat some offal and meat 1-2 times a week.

    With regards to coconut oil taste, its interesting if you read around on the web comments by coconut oil afficondo's that there does seem to be a fair amount of variability in brand tastes, with some being much better than others.
