so i buy some coconut oil today for a healthy oil to fry with and i can tell you its the dogs ballocks, a bit expensive but it seems a little goes a long way with this stuff because a tiny amount covers the pan and makes food taste great so no salt needed. i fryed my fish with it today before the gym and i felt full of energy (probably because im deficient in fat) and ive already seen the benifits so if you havent already go and buy yourself some, its good stuff.

I though for a potential nutritionist frying was a no-no. Anyway if you really have to, coconut oil is probably a good option. By the way coconut oil in Britain in winter is not really liquid as it is quite solid at room temperature.

I prefer coconut oil to any other, a spoonful in my porridge is tasty! Or a spoonful over your rice or veggies
