getting pretty bored seeing posts on what potions, tablets, powders and concoctions people ask about on the best ways to loose fat, so having lost 9st of fat myself heres what worked for me...it may or may not be helpful (or work) for you....but what you gotta loose? (apart from some fat duh!)

JERF - Just Eat Real Food. (Something I heard from Sean Croxton ages ago)

Walk - few hours a week, get in a few inclines nothing crazy (you dont need to be climbing Mt Everest) fasted is even better imo! (i do around 1hr a day.)

Lift some heavy weights. 3-4 times a week. for 40-60mins ish

Do some sprints. once a week 6-8 balls out max efforts

and thats it. if you stall out doing this, incorporate a bit IF now and then to break it

I didnt even really take a count of cals (i had a rough idea) that much either to be honest, though some of you guys might have to take a closer eye on it.....you will soon find out if you do or dont.

Great simplified basics for those that want a place to start before they need to tweak or adjust things.
