No I wanted to, but we only have freeview! Tell me what you thought as I may be competing with the NPA later in the year.
good amount of broscience stuff (17meals a day!!!) every 2hours, ALL carb diet to begin with, dry brown rice(wtf?) 9hours a day in the gym.....you know totally unnecessary stuff.
she did however, question WHY the need for so many meals, and say that its not needed or healthy to be eating the vast amount of food so often
jodie marsh doing a posing routine?

Yeah I thought there was a fair amount of bro science. I couldn't understand why she had to eat 17 carb meals every 2 hrs either.
from what ive read on other forums its been quite well recieved. The only criticism ive seen is that they guy who was training her didnt really have a clue and the narration was a bit dodgy. She seems to be getting alot of possative feedback from a lot of competiters.
I saw on another forum that Jay Cutler is training her now.
I watched this the other night and theres clearly no denying the hard work and the end result is a great acheivement in such a short time but I can't help think she might have done a bit better with a different trainer. He seemed to have her doing some strange things, forcing a veggie to eat meat (which i suspect was probably done for tv reasons, to add a bit of shock factor) was a bit unnecessary as well. Overall though i thought the show was decent, those women in the comp were beasts!
