    I signed up at a gym at 16 to lose weight. Went from 10st 3 to 7st 3 in about 7months

    And ive worked out ever since, because i simply love it And obviously the positive attention and complements is always a good thing

    Well @ 5.4 foot and under 8st. Skinny arms and legs and the standard belly fat. Just really lazy. Looked in the mirror one day and decided i needed to change. so still on the journey but getting to a better place with every step loving the views.

    Started when I gave up football and started gaining a few pounds.

    Can't imagine not doing it now, nothing beats going on the rack/bench etc after a loud mouthed, mirror loving ****, adding 40kg, and pushing out double his reps.

    Being the best is what drives me to keep going.
