    I still cant believe how far behind the guys there, T-Nation, Muscle&Strength are on everything.

    30 sets for Bi's and 20 meals a day ftw brah.
    "Squatting on a Bosu ball makes it so much more challenging!" So does getting tapped in the balls while squatting, want me to do that too?
