1 set a month is plenty! maybe less!
It was inspired by user on another forum called "PhD_in_everything", I'd been meaning to post a thread for awhile, then something jogged my mind.
Back to the questions...
I'm planning on climbing up rock faces using my arms alone, at no point will I attempt to raise my body with control and balance using one leg alone, can anyone tell me how many bicep curls I should do after 4pm to climb at e7 grade?

I have a Masters in Chronobiology and a PhD in Joint-Muscle Torques, and I have written numerous papers on the role of the biceps brachii and brachoradialus in human vertical movement upon a rock face. I can categorically state you should move your bicep curls to 3pm, and do approximately 15 sets of 30 reps, focusing primarily on how good they look in the mirror. Attempt to swing your back as much as possible whilst doing this.
I should add that my qualifications are from the prestigious University of Buckingham, which should add further credence to my views.
Should I consume slow release water like ice cubes before I go to bed so I don't become thirsty overnight?
Is whey protein illegal?

Uh. Splains my massive increase in curls den.
I hope that your noticing a huge increase in your back muscles with your added weight on the curls. But if your looking to hit those biceps drop the standard curls as they only really develop the back muscles. what you realling want to do is curl in the squat rack instead makes them look so much bigger, and everyone in the gym gives you huge reps for making full use of all the correct equipment.
