If I hold in my pee and poo in all day, will I increase intra-abdominal pressure enough, to add weight to my squat and deads?

I studied at the world renowned Institute of Squatting and ****ting, and can confirm this technique will increase your squat by roughage two pounds. For deadlifts the matter is less clear and the WPF has not ruled if losing your load half way through the lift dq's the lift.
