so yeah, diet tips in the simpilest form, the fat started to melt away when i was eating properly, that ment getting up and eating a breakfast, scheduling a meal every 3 or so hours, and NOT doing exessive cardio! i also consumed between 30 to 50g of fiber a day and that was important to help regulate my gut and also to help me feel full so i wasnt pigging out. the last year i have consumed a daily total of 240g of protein. and split that between 5 meals throughout the day. for some of you however i appriciate that may not work for you. what sort of things did i do to lose fat? check out this thread loosing fat - the (very basic) basics. and thats pretty much it.
i also somewere have a picture of me where im as fat as **** i,ll try and find it
oh and by the way im making it offical, PEANUT BUTTER SANDWITCHES HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT! yes! wheat bread! not rye not ezikel normal wheat! lol
