I am not the best person to comment as I am a very emotionally cold person; but just immerse yourself in your hobbies/passions. My life is centred around this concept and I love every minute of it.

Ah yes, the boo hoo w**k, an essential part of emotional recovery. But apparently, doing it all over her cat, then throwing the cat at her in the street, is considered rude, just a tip there, some of us find these things out the hard way.
Personal bests first, best one so far this year last -benchpress 225/200kg,-squat 320/220-deadlift 320/290kg.)

the last time i broke up with someone I found myself crying into a tub of ben n jerries and watching back to back non-stop day 3 of "24" with Jack Bauer running around the place shooting bad guys - helped me to escape reality a wee bit for a while and asking myself "how would Jack deal with this crisis"

for me time was the healer, and being around my m8's. just sometimes nice to spend time with other people, not neccesseraily talking about whats happened, but having them there to talk rubbish to all day or fire up multi player Halo or Gears of War - what ever floats your boat. then when your ready to talk about it you know they will listen.

First thing good on you for asking advice and talking about it, I wish I had done so too. My wife (ex) had her second misscarrage couldnt bare to see me and left me a month later with a very expensive flat, two cars and about 5k debt.
I kept it to myself and it built and built up inside me to the point I wanted to explode and I ended up being told to take time off from my work so I did not get myself in bother.
I dont know why I did it but a couple of days later joined my local gym and instantly felt better, reliesing all the pressure, but the best thing I done was tell a friend how I was feeling, I gret like a kid and felt all the better for it, a problem shared is a problem halfved, it will get so much better trust me I couldnt see the light at ebd of the tunnel but now still got my flat, a new girlfriend, cleared my debt and most importantly my dog who she took when she left.
Were all strangers here but will always listen and share experiances and views.

    Hope this helped
