The music played at Gyms is almost unversally, pretty much without exception, ****e. A mixture of crappy Pop music/MTV/uninspriring dance music. The energyless sappy Pop/Indie love/dirge songs are the absolute worst to work out to.
Surely there is only one correct type of music to pump iron to. Heavy MetalYou can feed off the aggression and energy to really lift heavy. It even has the perfect descriptive name for the activity
