Despite the fact I'd be very sceptical of what they SAID Dwayne's diet was like vs what it actually was (marketing/fitness industry silliness), whether he actually ate all that, and that he clearly eats clen and trends hard if you nomsayin, in this age of internet competitive eaters like say, Furious Pete, who you can watch see eating absurd amounts (in absurdly short amounts of time) it's not that impressive.
As Twisted says, it's not THAT much food. I have probably eaten half of that without even meaning to. If he's planned to do that after almost HALF A YEAR of clean eating then he's obviously going to stay in shape. Besides, I'm pretty sure he is still on PEDs, or at least, he was... and they make a world of difference!
I could do two of those pizzas within 30mins and polish those brownies off within a couple of hours and I'm probably about 30kg lighter than him!
Also, wouldn't class this as advanced discussion haha
as mentioned....if you want to see some REAL crazy eating....google Furious Pete.
Another good one I found recently is Jamie McDonald. Unlike Pete, he's a mere mortal - he has a gag reflex so can't shovel it in nearly as fast, and he visibly struggles to pile the food down, but in terms of volume he's also eaten some serious amounts! Jamie McDonald - YouTube
