Im Going to start hopefully training MMA at ZT Fight School in Hove (West Sussex).Probably going tomorow to a beginers class (Thursday).Lifting weights is starting to bore me,not completly. But im a bit bored of eating loads, lifting weights and not getting much apart from strength.I want fitness, self defence etc.So im hoping to get into this and look at my routine to come up with a better way to train.

Was wondering if anyone else on here trained at ZT.Or are quite serious about MMA?

A great art 43 & looks like you found a sifu with a good lineage.

What made you give it up?

The same thing that made me stop training. When my marriage failed i hit the dreaded drink and went off the rails for 2-3 years!

Nice one Sam, definately worth giving it a shot, I practised Lau Gar and kick boxing when I was younger great way of keeping fit.
