ok you may be correct there as i'm not to familiar with any babies....thank god
But on my 'drinking' day (saturday night), i sleep really well.

Just a note about the nytol though, it states that you may get bruising(rare), due to decrease of platelettes in the blood?? that can't be good. I'm really considering going alcohol free or maybe just once a month as training has really improved and the amount of food i can eat without putting loads of fat on is amazing.....anyway i'm off to sleep now .....i think

re. sleep and alcohol - yeah, if you drink enough, you'll pass out. Your sleep patterns are disrupted by the alcohol, though: you might be unconscious for a fair time, but that doesn't mean you've slept well.

In terms of the nytol - I'm not a Dr, but I'd be surprised if a weekly dose is likely to mess up your blood platelets that much. In terms of workouts, more of a problem is likely to be the length of time the drug stays in your system for?

To be honest, unless insomnia's causing major problems, you might do better to try to find ways of falling asleep without pills. The drugs and herbs which can be effective also have undesirable side effects: no one's developed an 'ideal' sleeping pill yet...

The average adult spends 75% of sleep in REM whilst babies only spend 25%. So babies have worse sleep than adults. This theory perhaps explains why babies spend more time sleeping. They need to do so to get enough quality rest.
