I used to read so many books. At least 3 a week but I find I never have the time (or put the time aside I guess).

At the moment though I am reading Shape Shifter by Geoff Thompson. An inciteful book although I am not sure I agree with the whole.

What are you digesting at the moment?

I was 1/2 way through reading the ancestors tale by Richard Dawkins for the 2nd time. Great read.

For all I have a massive interest in science & also I know Dawkins writes for the popular reader I have never yet enjoyed one of his books.

Nothing to do with his religious stance either (it actually quite matches my own).

What do you dislike about them? The Ancestors Tale is by far the best of his books IMO, with the selfish gene second. The extended phenotype was a bit too much for me as I think its aimes more for biology undergrads and unweaving the rainbow was a bit lar de dar. Still to read The God Delusion, its taken a lot of stick but as his views on religion are also the same as mine it should be well worth a read.

I have never enjoyed reading fiction personally, i've read a few science fiction books here and there but i tend to enjoy learning the facts, anything where i'm not learning i'll just get bored.
