    What would be a good stack to take before clubbing...to stop you from becoming to catabolic? I don't really wanna be dancing away my LBM... I'm not getting tooo anal am I?

    well, if you're going out drinking theres not really much point in trying to make some special anti catabolic mix.

    Just make sure you have a good meal and possibly supplement with taurine before going out.

    make sure you have water when your out. I usually go for a 2:1 lager/water ratio!

    Last night I made the mistake of taking my CEE (rest day) just before going out for a few pints, so I had the CEE demanding water and the alcohol dehydrating me too! I felt far worse than I should have given the amount I had to drink

    I'm not sure, I think it would be ok if you took your creatine several hours before drinking, otherwise I think it might put a bit too much strain on your kidneys. When I went out last night I bought a pint and couldn't stomach it..but after 2 pints of water I was fine.

    Right so...I have a drink with my gf every other Sunday. I finish training about 2pm & we get on it around 9pm. 5g of mono after training at 2pm - I should be OK 7 hours later?

    I wouldn't worry about that, however I wouldn't drink on training days as this is when you need to get all the goodstuff down you the most!
