Over a week ago i twisted my ankle, yes what a pratt i know. I have been counting down the months to my summer holiday which is in Magaluf on the 7th of july. My trainingis following your program on the diet fat loss page. 4X Times a week 2 heavy 2 light. Now i cant squat untill my foot gets completly stable. What do you suggest doing for legs. The only thing i can think of his leg curls and ex plus maybe a 45 leg press. Please help guys. I might jump back on the juice to ease my joint. Who knows?

Once the swelling has gone down. Work on getting a full ROM back in the ankle. The most important thing after that is to work on proprioception in the joint to enable it to get its full neuromuscular strength back and prevent further injury through instability. 1 leg deadlifts, King deadlifts, 1-leg box squat, step ups, etc, will all help develop this.
