How many hours a week do you work?

I am contracted to 23.5hours a week what is just over £500 a month. Recently I have been working around 35-40hours a week and sometimes after 10pm (£7.88 a hour after). Cant wait for 2 weeks to be paid but is the time I am doing really worth it as my social life is being cut down alot and also alot more tired.

When you eat the foods your body is made for (Paleo foods) in a framework that your body is made for (feast-fast, such as IF), it all works beautifully.
