    Got two new PB

    Deadlift
    • 140kg

Worked my way up from 110kg (if any of you read my log you would see that i cudnt do anything above this) to see if i cud do it. Got up to 140kg but my grip went as i locked out so had to lower it sharpish. Tried 145 and 150 but grip couldnt do it :

    Bench
    • 90kg

Was a bit fatigued, as was increasing from 80kg until i got to 90kg, had a spotter. Not sure if he helped though, gave 95 a go but cudnt do it, Should of tried 92.5.

    Squat
    • Still dont no what my squat PB is yet as i havnt gone heavy on these.

We had a 30 min session in the gym for one of my lessons (currently at college, typing this in study room) and we had to do 15min of endurance and strength training, so i did 15min skipping and then went on to try a new PB (really i was just showing off to the class and showing them who is Alpha). We had to lift are max, so i did.

    LOL

I know what you mean, bench press can certainly be one of the hardest lifts to keep improving. He'd only need to improve by 1kg each week though, not impossible.
