    I reckon you had a 4th in you aswell, would have been a real grinder though. Triceps are such a lazy muscle, one rep they're full strength, the next they give up on you and just don't want to know!

    thats very true! i think i would have stuck at the 4th..unless i proper bounced it and forced it up...but i was meant to be doing a LIGHT day....
